# List Alerts

Use this API to list active Memory alerts (capped at 50). Alerts are proactive notifications about review trends, such as a drop in approval rate.

# Response

Returns up to 50 alerts with `status: "active"`, newest first. Dismissed and actioned alerts are excluded, so `dismissedAt` and `dismissedBy` are always `null` here.

Each alert includes its `alertType`, `severity` (`high`, `medium`, or `low`), a `title` and `description`, supporting `evidence`, an optional `suggestedAction` and `actionUrl`. Most alerts also carry a `dedupKey` that names the trend the alert tracks, such as `anomaly:approvalRate`.

`alertType` is one of `anomaly`, `configuration_drift`, `emerging_standard`, or `standards_drift`. The specific trend is named by `evidence.metric`: `approvalRate`, `volume`, `staleReferences`, `enforcementRate`, or `violationRate`. Depending on the alert, `evidence` also carries `baseline`, `current`, `window`, `sourceRecordIds`, `knowledgeSourceId`, and `ruleRef`.
