# Velt Docs MCP

> Search and browse Velt documentation from Cursor, Claude, Claude Code, VS Code, and other MCP-compatible clients.

Search and browse Velt's documentation directly in your MCP-compatible editor. The Docs MCP server helps you find SDK, API, and feature info without leaving your editor.

Endpoint: `https://velt.dev/docs/mcp`

## When to Use

* You want docs answers in Cursor, Claude, Claude Code, or VS Code while coding
* Skills or the installation plugin don't cover a specific question
* You need quick lookup of setup steps, APIs, or feature guides

## Example Usage

Once the Velt Docs MCP server is configured, search for documentation from your client.

For example, in Cursor, ask:

**Query:**
`how to add Velt popover comments?`

**Result:**
The MCP returns relevant documentation pages and snippets related to adding popover comments.

**More examples:**

* `Generate sample data for adding Velt comment annotations via Velt Rest API`
